What happens after you submit

1. We verify you can be reached. We email a code to the address you give us and call the number you give us with a second code. You enter both. Use details you can access right now — the call comes through in a moment, not later.
2. A person reviews the submission. We check the clinic exists, that the address and phone match, and that it is the kind of practice this directory covers. This usually takes a couple of business days.
3. We email you when it is published.

Nothing goes live automatically, and submitting does not create an account or give anyone access to the listing. Proving you represent the practice is a separate step, taken later if you want to manage the listing.

• Submit only a practice you are authorised to represent.
• Do not include any patient information. This form is for details about the clinic only.
• One submission per location — patients search by where they are, so each site needs its own listing.
