If you work at a clinic
To correct, claim, or remove a listing, email [email protected]. Please include the clinic name and city so we can find the right listing — many practices share a name across several locations.
You can also review what we hold about your practice, or add a clinic that is not listed yet.
If a listing is wrong, tell us what is wrong and we will correct it. A correction that comes from the practice replaces what we had and is not overwritten by later updates.
If you are a patient
We are a directory, not a medical provider. We cannot book appointments, answer questions about your care, discuss test results, or access any medical record. For anything to do with your treatment, contact the clinic directly — their phone number is on their listing.
If you have a medical emergency, call 911. Do not use this form or email us.
If something on a listing looks wrong — wrong hours, a number that does not work, a clinic that has closed — we do want to know. Email [email protected] with the clinic name and city.
