These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of findingmydoc.com and any related pages or services (the “Site”), operated by CXO Systems, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What the Site is
FindingMyDoc is a directory of urgent care, family practice and pediatric clinics in Texas. We publish information about medical practices so that people can find and contact them.
We are not a medical provider, a medical practice, an insurer, or a booking agent. We do not employ, endorse, recommend, certify, license, or supervise any clinic or clinician listed on the Site. Inclusion in the directory is not a recommendation, and the order in which listings appear is not a ranking of clinical quality.
2. Not medical advice, and not for emergencies
Nothing on the Site is medical advice. Information here must not be used to diagnose or treat any condition, or to decide whether care is needed. Always speak to a qualified clinician about your own care.
If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Do not use this Site, and do not email us, in an emergency.
3. Accuracy of listing information
Listing information is compiled from public and mapping data, from clinics’ own websites, and from clinics themselves. Clinics move, change their hours, change the insurance they accept, and close, and we do not always learn of it immediately.
We make a reasonable effort to keep listings current, but we do not warrant that any listing is accurate, complete, or up to date. Confirm anything that matters — hours, insurance, whether a clinic can treat your condition — directly with the clinic before you travel or rely on it.

4. Claiming and updating a listing
If you claim, verify, or update a listing, you represent that you are authorised by that practice to do so. Submitting information about a practice you do not represent is a breach of these Terms, and we may remove the information and refuse further access.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. Do not submit anything that is false or misleading, that infringes anyone’s rights, or that you are not permitted to share — and in particular do not submit patient information of any kind. The Site is not a permitted destination for protected health information, and we do not want to receive it.
5. What you grant us for content you submit
By submitting content — a description, photographs, services, hours or similar — you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting, and publish that content on the Site, for as long as the listing is published. You keep ownership of what you submit.
You confirm you have the right to grant that licence, including for any photograph you upload.
6. Removal
A practice may ask to have its listing removed by emailing [email protected] from an address we can associate with the practice, or by another means we reasonably accept. We may also remove or decline any listing or submission at our discretion.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape, harvest, or systematically copy the Site or its listings; use contact details from the Site to send unsolicited commercial messages; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or to any listing you do not control; interfere with the operation of the Site; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
8. Our content
The Site’s design, text, compilation and arrangement are owned by CXO Systems, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Clinic names, logos and marks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify those practices.
9. Links to other sites
Listings link to clinics’ own websites and booking systems. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or anything you do on them.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CXO Systems, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any listing, including any decision made in reliance on listing information. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify CXO Systems, LLC against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from content you submit, from your breach of these Terms, or from your misuse of the Site.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “last updated” date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Collin County, Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
